Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to fill the session. I am a small business and every client counts. You will be charged the full amount for late cancellation or a no-show.

Code of Conduct
Clients must arrive on time, clean and sober. A Zero Tolerance Policy is strictly enforced for any inappropriate behavior. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in termination.
